Dispatch Drops was founded in 2026 with the mission of supporting and connecting communications professionals through meaningful acts of recognition and appreciation.
Our nonprofit initiative delivers Dispatch Drops, which are deliveries and small care packages to communications centers nationwide while helping foster relationships between agencies that may otherwise only interact during calls for service.
As emergency communications continues to evolve, we aim to strengthen the sense of community, professionalism, and support within the industry.

A career communications public safety professional, dedicated to recognition and support of the 911 mission.
Based out of a 911 center in Foxboro, Massachusetts, Nick also serves as an Adjunct Instructor for APCO International.
